Starting up in 1990, our highly qualified professional team works in line with its own standardised valuation methodology, providing a speedy, reliable appraisal and report service.

Our  expert appraisal system (SET) endowed with state-of-the-art GIS technologies (geographic information system) has been set up throughout the operating network, making us a technological reference for appraisal and valuation. These systems are backed up by a powerful price data base with over 2 million testimonies which have been previously validated and are constantly updated. In this way we ensure our clients that we can provide as accurate as possible value of the asset through comparative analysis of the markets, their costs or the income this may engender.

We have our own staff for developing and maintaining our computer systems and applications which are characterised by a high degree of automation. 

EUROVAL has implemented a quality management system based on the standard ISO 9001:2008, certified by AENOR, bearing testimony to its commitment to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. We have also certified an information security management system pursuant to ISO 27001:2007 which allows business continuity and the maximum protection of customer information to be ensured through our communications and computer systems adapted to the latest virtualization and back-up technologies.

Our operating group is formed by Eurovaloraciones S.A. as the main company and also includes:

• Instituto de Análisis Inmobiliario (Real Estate Analysis Institute) specialised in the research & development of mathematical-statistical models aimed at the analysis of real estate information projection and follow-up.
• Euroval Plus is devoted to communications, information systems and computer developments.

Our office network is spread throughout Spain and we are also involved in international activity with Germany, Argentina, France, Morocco, Mexico, Portugal, the UK and Romania.

We have been approved by the Bank of Spain since1990 and by the National Securities’ Market Commission (CNMV).
