Introduction

EUROVAL is the trade name and corporate image of Eurovaloraciones Ltd, a Spanish valuation and appraisal corporation founded in 1990. We specialise in real estate appraisals and equity, as well as the valuation of all kinds of assets, rights and businesses.

Our services also include: inventories, expert appraisals and reports concerning value consultancy, valuation of real estate portfolios and on-line valuations.

All the above is supervised by our specialised branches and departments, supported by a highly qualified professional team working under identical standardised valuation methods from all our locations.

Our Expert Appraisal System, implemented throughout our corporative network, has earned us the status of leaders in real estate valuations technology in Spain.

We employ our own IT staff for the development and maintenance of our applications and IT systems.

Our applications for the preparation and monitorization of appraisals and reports are highly automated and incorporate the latest GIS technology (cartographic georeferencing).

Our IT network consists of 26 servers and 180 work stations interconnected by a virtual private fibre network.focusing on providing high availability and the guarantee of ongoing business operations:

• Mixed data and processes model ( centralised / divided )
• Virtualisation  of the entire server network( Central offices and branches )
• Backup of communications at all our locations
• Independent VPN & Internet lines
• Data and main servers replication center

The EUROVAL operations network comprises EUROVALORACIONES Ltd as the main firm, and also includes the companies:

• EUROVAL PLUS, Information and communication systems and technology development firm.
• INSTITUTO DE ANÁLISIS INMOBILIARIO (REAL ESTATE ANALYSIS INSTITUTE) for the research, design and development of mathematical and statistical models for analysis, monitoring and expansion of real estate information.

With a share capital of €673,120 fully suscribed and paid in, our own resources amounted to €4,970,292.46 as of 31st December 2007.

Our firm was incorporated in November 1990 and registered under code 43-88 at the Treasury’s Licensed Appraisal Specialists Registry, which is managed by the Bank of Spain.

It was also registered at the Appraisals Corporations Registry of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission under no. 7.
EUROVAL is a member of the Spanish Association of Professional Valuation Companies (ATASA) and is currently a member of its Board of Directors.

We are also members of The European Group of Valuators Association (TEGOVA), Spanish Mortgage Association (AHE), Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA),  Genoa Financial Club, Enterprise and University of Alicante Foundation (FUNDEUN) and FUNDESEM Business school.

All in all, we are a reliable and consolidated company with contrasted experience in the valuation field, in addition to our ongoing commitment towards R&D and professional training for our staff.
