Real Estate Market Situation Report InmoCoyuntura N° 4

The purpose of this market report is to become familiar with the characteristics of the housing markets, not only with regard to the evolution of prices, but also by means of the analysis of other aspects of the same.

The Euroval Real Estate Market Report provides new perspectives of analysis such as the minimum and maximum prices at which a dwelling can be purchased in each of the province capitals, in addition to the most frequent total price, the number of transactions conducted in each Autonomous Community, started and completed dwellings, the Provincial Real Estate Activity Index, the number of valuations, stock and a three-year forecast for the same, and last of all, miscellaneous relevant data from the sector, the development of the mortgage and housing market from 2004 to the present day.

Unit price (€/m²), total prices, transactions, valuations, mortgages, etc. are common terms in the real estate sector, but the information should be absorbed with the recommended precision and limitations. It should be noted that the prices included in this report are sale and evaluation prices, reason for which the analysis of the same should be viewed in relation to these sources. Furthermore, they are the result of samples and at times only of brackets including a higher percentage.
