a) Information
All information received by Eurovaloraciones via their website will be dealt with in full confidentiality.

For the purposes of the provisions set forth in the Organic Law no. 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, users are advised of the existence of personal data files created for the purpose of processing all enquiries and suggestions forwarded by them. Eurovaloraciones is the entity who is responsible for the above files.

For enquiries and suggestions forwarded via the existing sections, all details contained in them shall be used solely to reply to enquiries.

Except where otherwise indicated, the information requested in the data collection forms is compulsory to enable an adequate management of the requests, enquiries and suggestions. In the event of missing or incorrect details,  Eurovaloraciones regret that they shall not be able to manage them in an adequate manner.

b) Rights of access, ammendment, cancellation and objection
Eurovaloraciones, in its capacity of holder of the details collected via this website, undertakes to respect and facilitate users to exercise of the rights acknowledged by the above act, in particular, those related to the access, amendment or cancellation of details and objection, where applicable. c) Jurisdiction
In the event of any litigation concerning EUROVALORACIONES website, Spanish legislation will apply and the users agree to submit the resolution of all conflicts arising or related to the use of this website to the Courts of Alicante (Spain).
