The service for mass valuation of properties offered by Euroval uses a geostatistical methodology, providing a current valuation of the properties in the real estate portfolio of the client and the characterization of each property and the portfolio as a whole.

It is done with a standardized statistical valuation methodology according to the following automated process (desktop valuation):

– Geographical location of the property by geographical coordinates
– Classification of the property to determine comparable properties
– Identification of the homogeneous geographical area or local market it belongs to
– Standardized statistical calculation of the value of the property and reliability of the estimate
– Review of the value results by experts

Optionally, the property is visited to obtain more information about the property and its environment (drive by valuation).
